Return, exchange and cancellation policy:
Your satisfaction is most important to us.
If you are not delighted with any one of your selections you may return or exchange items purchases under the following conditions:
1) Returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days of date of delivery for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached.
2) Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels.
3) We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
4) Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. This includes all makeup, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, hair accessories, bathing suits and undergarments. If FINAL SALE items are returned to us they will be shipped back at the customer's expense unless prior authorization is granted.
5) HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE Complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with original package) and enclose with your return/exchange. All articles that belong to the same order MUST be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to: natalie and friends, 205 East 60th Street, New York, NY 10022.
6) We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
7) Credits - When your return is received, we will process your return as soon as possible and provide you with an online store credit for purchases made exclusively on www.natalieandfriends.com. You may call our toll free number 1-888-599-wear to retrieve your online credit. Please allow for up to two weeks from the time we receive your return for processing.
8) *Upon receipt of returned goods, natalieandfriends.com has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
9) Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
10)ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ALL ON-SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
