  How can I check the status of my order?

Answer:
You can check the status of your order by selecting My Account and then the option for Order History. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. If you would like to view your full order detail, click on the link to your order. You will also be provided with a direct link to ups.com by clicking on the tracking number provided with your order detail.


Can I place an order over the phone?

We encourage you to order online, but if you would like to place an order over the telephone please contact Customer Service at 1-888-599-wear.


Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Answer:
Currently natalieandfriends.com will ship to only one address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping addresses.


Can I return merchandise I purchase on your website at a natalie and friends store location?

Answer:
Unfortunately you cannot return merchandise purchased online to any of our natalie and friends stores. If you have a return or exchange, please read our Return Policy for further information and instructions.


Can I use a Gift Card purchased online in a natalie and friends retail store?

Answer:
Yes. Gift cards can be used both online and at natalie and friends flagship NYC store located at 205 east 60th Street, NYC, NY 10022 .


How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
